Your order is given our personal attention and like all enquiries is dealt with as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within a timescale of 14 working days so please note goods can be delivered sooner than 14 working days; subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Some of our bedroom range products can take between 4 to 6 weeks, you will be informed of this on the product listing. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service. We may at our discretion deliver to Ireland and the Channel Islands subject to agreement from both parties on surcharges.

Premier Delivery Service

To ensure a hassle free and easy dispatch of products, we offer customers the option of our 'premier' delivery service. This means that not only will purchases be fulfilled quickly and efficiently, we guarantee to dispatch all orders within a timescale of up to 14 working days; subject to payment clearance and availability of stock. In addition to that, we will also assemble the bed in the room of your choice and dispose of all recyclable packaging, old divan bedsteads and mattresses to ensure that it is appropriately disposed of, in accordance to our company recycling policy.

This service gives the customer a peace of mind about their goods as professional assistance will mean that the assembling of the bed and mattress will be done in a safe manner, without any damage to the products or your home. All this can be provided for a fee of £75 for Zone 1/2 and £100 for zone 3. The disposal of old beds is included in the price and we don't charge extra like many other companies! Please Note: This delivery service is only available for customers in England.

Overseas Delivery

We offer overseas delivery, however this is subject to further terms and conditions and is subject to clearance of funds before delivery. Please contact us for further information.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable. Returns must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging. Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deduct from the refund. PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT refund any custom altered beds or mattresses under any circumstances. Custom alternation can be the size, material, colour or any features that is different to the listed item.


All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late.

Invariably this is to do with factors outside of Bedmill control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries. Any complaints made regarding damages upon delivery must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so after this timescale will mean the product was delivered in perfect condition. All complaints must be backed up with photographic evidence and be sent over email and not to be done over the phone. This is to ensure all complaints are logged and can be referred back to.
