Returns & Refunds

Here at Bed Mill our returns & refunds policy is simple!

  • All Returns on any product must be communicated in writing to us within 7 Working days of purchase. If however this is out of that 7 working day period, we will be unable to refund you on the item.
  • We cannot accept refunds on mattresses that have been opened from its original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
  • We will NOT refund any custom altered beds or mattresses under any circumstances. Custom alternation can be the size, material, colour or any features that is different to the listed item.

Once our team receive your item, we will check the item and refund you the cost excluding delivery charges set out by us. Please quote your order reference number during any Return.
